Multi-media e.g. DVDs, Video-taping participants in role play.

Case studies applicable to your business.

Self reflection focusing on personal change.
Development of personal/team action plans.

Post delivery survey (usually 1 month after training delivery) to measure effectiveness.
Email access to facilitator for the six months following the program for any Q & A regarding the application of the training in their roles.
